Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Shawah, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a transparent exchange process to help you find the perfect fit.

1. Exchange Window

  • You may exchange your purchase within 7 days of delivery.

  • All exchange requests must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and the item's original packaging.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • The item must be in its original condition with all brand tags still attached.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not be eligible for exchange.

3. Valid Reasons for Exchange

Exchanges are strictly valid for the following instances:

  • Size Issues: If the garment does not fit as expected.

  • Defects: Any noticeable defect in the fabric, color, or print.

  • Note: "Change of mind" requests are not acceptable for exchange or return.

4. Sales & Promotional Items

  • No exchanges can be made during sales or promotion periods.

  • Products purchased on promotion or at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange.
