1. Delivery Timelines

We understand the excitement of receiving your new wardrobe pieces. Our standard delivery times are as follows:

  • Within Karachi: Orders are delivered within 2 working days.

  • Outside Karachi (Nationwide): Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • During peak seasonal launches or promotional periods, processing times may vary slightly, but we always aim for the fastest turnaround possible.

3. Order Verification

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a representative may contact you via phone or WhatsApp for order verification before dispatch.

  • Please ensure your contact number and delivery address are accurate to avoid any delays in the 2–5 day delivery window.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items in your cart.

  • We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on specific order values.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment's progress.
